Five years of Incfrog, and I’ve seen every version of you. The caffeine fuelled zombies, the pixel perfectionist, the font philosophers, the last minute magicians. I’ve seen the chaos on your desktops and the brilliance in your final files. Sometimes you guys vanish into a creative blackhole, but what comes out is absolute pure gold.

You guys aren’t just a design team. You are a bunch of wild, beautiful minds who just need a little nudge and occasional yelling to create something absolutely extraordinary. Every logo, every post, every reel that comes out of Incfrog speaks volumes because it carries your heart. You don’t just make things look good. You make us look good. Thank you for dreaming, doodling, stressing, and delivering.

You are without doubt one of the best decisions we have made as a company. Happy fifth appreciation day, Incfrog. You’re not just a team. You’re a vibe.

I want to wish Incfrog all the very best for all their work and upcoming projects, and I also want to congratulate them for doing such great work over the years—work that I have also been a part of.

It’s been five years already? In fact, on the contrary, I feel that, it’s been much longer. It’s been much more longer than five years simply because, the amount of conversation I have had with Utsav and the frequency of such conversations that has been happening for. The professional relationship that I have with Incfrog is, well, they are my only go to company when it comes to anything related to digital or social media. Utsav has worked with me in terms of ideation to the execution part. Absolutely being there with me end to end, anchoring discussions with the client, whenever, you know, I have requested him to. And the most important thing about, Utsav is the trust that you can have on him. He comes across as somebody whom you can blindly, you know, trust on for your strategy, for your any advice.

And you really don’t have to think whether you would need to go for a second advice or not. What I have learned from Utsav are, a lot of things, but there are two things that I would want to highlight. Number one is the learning never stops. Whether it is the revised algorithms of Meta, the sheer evolution of Meta, now the emergence of AI, Utsav is always updated. That is something you would need, to be a continuous support to your clients and your partners.

And learning number two is how to build a team. He has a very strong team now, and I have seen this journey over the last few years. I started working with Utsav in 2015 when maybe it was him and another plus one or plus two. But now we have an office in Sector 5. Now there is a team. Even if Utsav is not around, team Incfrog delivers. So that is the true sign of a leader. Lots to learn from you, Utsav. Most importantly, this is a message to team Incfrog that you are extremely lucky to have a leader like him. A leader who is not only the leader because he is the employer, but a leader because he has very strong domain knowledge. Number two, he is continuously upgrading himself. So you guys better catch up with him. And third, you know, his interpersonal skills. Very well sorted, calm, quiet on his toes.
So all the best team Incfrog, five years to me is special, let’s wait for the next fifteen, twenty and so on. And, I hope I’ll still be there to record such videos. More power to you, Utsav, and more success to Incfrog. Thank you so much.
